ARSENAL appear ready to part with their entire £70m transfer budget to sign three Real Madrid players, while Chelsea are ready to listen to offers for Fernando Torres.
With the Gunners yet to spend a penny this summer, fans have grown frustrated, but it appears manager Arsene Wenger is ready to splash the cash before Monday’s deadline, according to today’s newspapers.
