Players Returning...

Villa Team News...
For a change is good. Starting with the bad news, we're third in the league after Man City and Chelsea both won at the weekend.
The result sees us back in third place, but could go back to the top with a win this evening at Villa Park, a stadium where we have not lost since 1998. The good news is that The Ox, Mesut Ozil and Olivier Giroud are all back in the squad. Kieran Gibbs and Aaron Ramsey could both feature but the game definitely comes too soon for Nicklas Bentdner and Thomas Vermaelen. Long term absentee's remain as Theo and that Diaby fella.
Here's to all three points and going back to the top of the pile.
Next season's merchandise leaked?
Transfer-Nonsense...
As you know we don't get involved in idle transfer nonsense, well not on here anyway. However, many reports, including the ever reliable Daily Cannon reckons here that striker Paul George-Ntep could be Emirates bound after posting internet pictures of himself heading to London. However, Auxerre President has now said a big French club are in for him, so thing remain a mystery. Hope Akers has kept the receipt for them hyphens.

Giroud Boost...
With AW confirming our striker search continues, Olivier Giroud returns to the squad for tonight's game, and Sir Wenger has said he's ready to go.
He said: "He was a bit tired recently, but now he is refreshed and I am sure he will have a major impact on the second part of the season. He's a tough, tough boy. Even when the medical people say he should rest, he says: 'I'm alright.' He needed five stitches after the game at Newcastle, he played the whole game at Newcastle with an open ankle and without complaining - and when I took him off, he didn't want to come off. He is always ready for a fight even when he is tired..." http://www.arsenalshorts.com/2014/jan14/20140113.html
