Arsenal star Jack Wilshere blasted by Twitter trolls after drugs test

JACK WILSHERE underwent a random drugs test after Arsenal's defeat to Bayern Munich - then copped a load of abuse on Twitter.

The Gunners star revealed on the social-networking site that he got back late following a routine drug check-up, which all players have to go through.
Wilshere tweeted: "Just got home! Had a drugs test so was later than usual! Thought the fans were Amazing from start to finish! Really appreciated! #gooner."
While Arsenal fans congratulated Wilshere on his efforts in the 2-0 loss, abusive web trolls posted sick claims and messages to the midfielder.

Wilshere called in the police in 2012 and closed his Twitter account after internet beasts accused him of having a positive test for cocaine.
The England international had been out with an ankle injury for over a year and it was suggested his absence was down to a failed drugs test.
A friend of Wilshere told The Sun at the time: "Someone is spreading hateful lies and he and Lauren [his girlfriend] have decided enough is enough.
"Most of the abuse was the kind of stuff he hears on the terraces. But it has got more personal.
"The stuff about the drug test was the final straw — he would never take drugs. It’s upsetting that someone can be so vile."

Arsenal called in lawyers and said: "The rumoured reason on social networks behind Jack’s absence this past season is entirely fabricated and false."
One troll last night messaged Wilshere: "I’m sure the cocaine trace will still be there.
One wrote: "Cocaine boy! #Positivr" and another added: "drugs test ya may hope all the coke was out of your system."
