Arsenal defender Thomas Vermaelen will leave the Gunners this summer, according to the player's agent.

The 28-year-old has only made seven appearances in the league this season, and is the second choice center-back for coach Arsene Wenger behind Laurent Koscielny and Per Mertesacker.
The Belgian international's agent Alex Kroes told Le10 Sport: ‘Thomas has told Wenger that he wants to leave Arsenal this summer.’
However, the Belgian will not be moving to Serie A side Napoli as has been rumoured in the press. His agent, Alex Kroes, denied the rumours as false.
‘Are the stories true? What you’ve read in the newspapers and on the internet is unfounded,’ Kroes told UltimeCalcioNapoli.
‘Thinks that have been reported are not true, and I say this with full knowledge of the facts.
