Striker ‘agrees’ to join Arsenal FC

Demba Ba is yearning for a move to the Emirates stadium.
The Gunners are currently in talks with Chelsea over a season-long loan deal for Ba, but the 27-year-old is already intent on joining Arsenal.
After it was made clear to the Senegalese that he will not be enjoying much action for the blues this season, Arsenal made an enquiry over a permanent transfer for Ba, but like Victor Moses, who has completed a loan move to Liverpool, last year’s Europa league winners were unwilling to negotiate a permanent deal with any Premier league rival.
According to French journalist Matt Spiro, Demba Ba, who scored two goals against Arsenal in Newcastle colours last season, has verbally agreed to make a switch to north London which is still subject to official terms being signed and agreed by all three parties.
