Stoke boss Mark Hughes turns on 'rugby' style despite Arsene Wenger's complaints
STOKE boss Mark Hughes won’t allow Arsene Wenger the chance to gripe about his side’s ‘rugby’ style when they meet tomorrow.
“We are a different team in the way we approach
the game,” said Hughes, who added: “I think Arsenal have got twice as
many bookings as us, in any case.”
Hughes is eager to stop Arsenal’s winning streak but he is pleased Aaron Ramsey is back to his best.
He said: “For various reasons, I watched Arsenal a lot last season and Aaron was struggling.
“He has come back (from his broken leg against Stoke) and is now playing well.”“I think Arsenal have got twice as many bookings as us, in any case”Mark Hughes
But Hughes said: “Whenever the sides meet it is a topic of conversation but I do feel that it is time to move on.
“The boy has returned to a level that is better than he was at before.
“Now he’s probably one of the first names on the team sheet in a fine side that have a real chance of winning the title.”
