Arsenal have reportedly re-opened talks over a contract extension for
Bacary Sagna, whose current deal expires at the end of the season, and
are also close to announcing new deals for Per Mertesacker and Tomas
Rosicky.
Sagna has reportedly rejected a two-year contract from the Gunners on the same £70,000 per week he already earns, but manager Arsene Wenger - whose contract also expires in the summer - has previously claimed the club will "push very hard" to keep him so the club have re-entered negotiations.
Tomas Rosicky, currently the fourth longest serving player at the club after Nicklas Bendtner, Abou Diaby and Theo Walcott, is also close to agreeing a one-year contract extension to his deal which runs out in the summer
