ARSENAL'S £42million star Mesut Ozil is developing a taste for life in London - after being spotted here popping out for a takeaway pizza!
And Ozil appears to be enjoying his time in the capital off the pitch too after he was seen leaving a Zizzi pizza restaurant with a cheeky takeaway.
The German international was pictured in West London picking up a pizza in his £150,000 sports car, which he parked illegally.
A wonderful team, wonderful fans - my first CL-game at home was unbeleavable. Thanks all. #championsleague, #arsenal
The 24-year-old paid special attention to his phone during his trip out and pulled up his hood as he tried to make a quick getaway.
Ozil left the restaurant with a pizza box and a bag, before clambering into his sports car through his 'back to the future' style door.
Ozil has a fancy for the odd takeaway it seems - having tweeted a picture of himself and German compatriots Per Mertesacker and Serge Gnabry enjoying a Chinese on the way back from Arsenal's trip to Swansea last weekend.
Arsene Wenger's side have won every game that Ozil has played in so far since his club-record switch to the Emirates from Real Madrid on deadline day.
"A wonderful team, wonderful fans - my first CL-game at home was unbeleavable," tweeted Ozil. "Thanks all. #championsleague, #arsenal."
And the playmaker will hope to continue his and the North London club's form away from London this weekend when Arsenal travel to West Brom on Sunday in the Premier League.
