RE:WHAT IS WENGER WAITING FOR TO SIGN FABREGAS?

What on earth is wenger waiting for to sign big players like Fabregas and Costa. I think Arseanl Arsenal need a sharp transfer boss who should set standards rather than moving form one player to another ane ends up punicking and buying players who are not worth it.An an economist he should be aware that as demand for some players increase ,the price also increases.
